Setting of Diaries
- First you need to enable the Diaries for your project. Then „Settings“ will appear.
- You can choose whether Diaries will be private or public.
- You can also limit them only for a certain group of respondents.
Touchpoints
- Setting up the touchpoints will enable you to portray customer journey of the respondents in the project.
You can set up different brands that will be evaluated by respondents as well as the touchpoints of the customer journey that are relevant for your project.
Do not forget to save each individual setting.
Evaluation & Rewards
- It is possible to also require respondents to rate their experiences with stars rating.
- You can also add detailed parameters of the experience that will also be rated.
Parameters are used to evalute touchpoints in more detail. For example if the touchpoint is a visit of the store, the parameters can be:
- Personnel
- Offer in the store
- Cleanliness of the store
- Payment options, etc.
- Diaries can be rewarded. In the last tab of settings, choose an amount of the reward.
- What also needs to be set is the maximum and minimum of the Diaries written and rewarded for one respondent.
- Finally, set whether the counting of the Diaries should ever reset.
