Other functionalities
Tags
Tags can be found in the tab „Tags“ in the main menu. Adding new ones is done by using the buttons on the right.
There are two types of tags that you can use in Echonity.
Both types are useful for the moderator and/or client to better navigate in the project.
You can also filter tags and thus gather relevant content for your analysis.
Content tags
- Can be used for marking comments within discussions and diaries that are relevant or interesting.
Topic tags
- Can be used for tagging topics which are a category above discussions.
Messages and notification center
Private messages and notifications
- Respondents can contact the moderator (and vise versa) via private message.
- The messages can be send using the icon in the right upper corner.
- The bell icon signifies the notification center. All users can display new notifications there.
Customer journey
In the „Analysis“ section clicking on the tab „Customer Journey“ will get to a site where you can view each respondent's customer journey that is derived from their respective diary entries.
To open a particular customer journey, click on this button:
