Respondents’ activity

Table of user activity

  • One way to check a respondent's activity is by opening 'User Activities' from the menu on the left.
  • You can then review the activity either by viewing the user overview on the page or by downloading a detailed Excel file using the "Export XLS" button.

  • Then you will find a filter where you need to choose only respondents, otherwise you would download a table that includes activities of clients and moderators too.
  • You can also filter a particular time period if needed.

  • In the excel table you can see basic information about respondents, and whether respondent fulfill his task or not.



Leaderboard of the most active participants


By clicking on „Leaderboard of the most active participants“ in the menu on the left you can view the participants who are most active in the project.

  • Here you can view the rating of respondents in order.
  • You can see medals which users earned for various activities
  • By hovering over participant´s name you can access information about them from the profile questionnaire

The medals are only motivational. By hovering over each medal, you can find out what they are for.


Reminders

Thereare 2 ways how to urge respondents to complete an assignment:

1. Directly in the discussion

  • In the overview of discussion, youcan easily see how many respondents have completed it.

  • If you click on the button an overview of respondents with completed post opens. On the bottom of this review, you will see an option "Send an email with a reminder to all respondents with incomplete post". By clicking on it you can send out the reminders.

2. Via email

  • In the downloaded table of user activity you can filter, who has the in complete post you want them to finish. Then you can send them an email with a request to complete their assignment.
