AI Chatbot Tina
Tina, an AI-powered chatbot, enables you to ask any question related to a given discussion.
She can summarize responses, deliver outputs in formats like PPT, Word, PDF, or graphs, and provide tools such as gap analysis, SWOT analysis, and executive summaries, among other features.
- To start a new conversation, first select a context (specific discussion) you wish to chat about.
- Tina will then provide you with tips for the conversation, or you can ask anything yourself.
In the project, you can find Tina either in the bottom of the left menu or in the bottom-right corner.
Tips for Effective Work with Tina
How to Formulate a Request
Be Specific – Provide clear instructions, including details.
"Tina, analyze where people most commonly buy fresh food during Christmas and why. Focus on Brand and its competitors."
Specify the Output Format – Ask for a particular structure.
"Respond in the form of a clear table comparing the quality of fresh food in each chain."
- Break Down Complex Tasks – Proceed step by step (first freshness, then cleanliness).
Context and Communication
Provide Context – Context improves results – client, research goal, etc.
"Write me a report from the discussion. The goal was XY, and our client is AB."
- Start New Threads – For individual findings, short threads are more effective. Everything mentioned in the conversation influences future outputs.
- Address Tina by Name – The outputs won’t be as "dry" this way.
- Clarify the Target Audience – For more relevant answers.
Techniques for Better Results
Role Play – Assign a specific role.
"Tina, if you had to decide based on the discussion, where would you go shopping and why?"
"Imagine you're the manager of Brand…"
Ask for Variants – To find the best wording.
"Write me three variations of an introduction for the final report."
Provide Feedback, Ask Follow-Up Questions – To improve the quality of responses.
"I don't like this output much; try again and add more specific quotes."
Ask for Advice – You don't have to come up with everything yourself.
"What else would be good to include in the report?"
- Request the Output in a Specific Format Only After Finalizing Texts – First, have the texts written out, and only once you're happy with the final result, ask for the specific output format (Word/PPT).
Encourage Tina to Ask Questions
"I need you to write me a report from the discussion for the client. What do you need to know from me to make the output as high-quality as possible?"
