Creating a Project
New project
- On the introductory page choose option “Create new project”.
- Then fill in the basic information about your project (all can be changed later).
In case you would like to copy a set-up of an already existing project, click and choose the project you want to copy.
(Project settings will be transferred to this new project, not the content of the project.)

- You can run the Echonity help guide that will help you set the project up. ("Welcome in Echonity")
- Or you can go through the project settings on the left menu bar
General settings of the project
All of the following must be set up before activating the project:
- General info
- Instructions for respondents
- Personal data processing consent (GDPR)
- User attributes
- Questions thanks to which you’ll be able to identify respondents + filter them by segments, etc. + Unique External ID and Set Phone Number
- Rewards
- Notifications
- Activation
You should activate the project when it’s all prepared and before sending invitations to respondents!
