Rewards

Types of rewards for respondents

There are several options for rewarding depending on the given sitatuion:

  1. If you want to reward respondents for participating in the project (e.g. for ad-hoc projects), it is better to select the option "I do not want to use points" and evaluate their activity according to the table User Activities.
  2. If you want to reward respondents for each activity, you can use points. Set how many points the respondent gets for completing the discussion, topic or diary, by default (can be changed for each later).
  3. You can also set how many diaries the respondent has to write for a certain period of time in order to get a reward (also can be set in Diaries settings).
  4. Next, set the amount of the reward for respondents, e.g. what amount they need to reach to be paid off and in which currency (how many points is how much CZK).
  5. And finally, you can decide whether you want to give your respondents medals (e.g. for uploading a profile photo or reading the Instructions). The medals are not connected to renumeration, they serve simply motivational purpose.

The numbers in the picture represent the situations considering the rewarding above.
